Recognizes PeopleAnswers Founder in FastCompany Magazine
In the July, 2002 issue of FastCompany Magazine, Lexus
Motorcars recognizes PeopleAnswers' founder Gab Goncalves for
his vision and entrepreneurial passion.

The caption explains how Goncalves' perils with turnover
at his prior company led him to hire an industrial psychologist
to screen new applicants. It was this close-call wrestling
turnover that led him to the creation of PeopleAnswers.
"Convinced of
the potential, but frustrated by the technical, cumbersome
nature of traditional psychological assessments, Goncalves
next partnered with leading industrial psychologists at Rice
University and Texas A&M to develop innovative employee
evaluation software. PeopleAnswers uses the software
to first assess a company's top performers, then isolate those
characteristics unique to the organization's most successful
employees. New hires are chosen from among candidates whose
evaluations indicate they share these traits. Says Goncalves,
"We coined the term Behavioral DNA® because our software
extracts the entire set of characteristics that quickly defines
candidate in a specific professional environment."
