QWhy should I believe that Industrial Psychology would work for my business?

AThe PeopleAnswers assessment solution provides our customers with a battery of assessment surveys to better understand their employees and candidates. All of the assessment surveys we use are time tested and proven to accurately identify behavioral traits. These surveys have been used on hundreds of thousands of people from most every walk of life. Our battery provides behavioral insight into up to 48 aspects of human behavior allowing our tools to produce more detailed information and more accurate results than other single assessment survey.
QThere are a lot of psychological assessment tools out there. How do I know the assessment tool you use is any good?

AOur battery of assessment surveys are backed by decades of research and validation. Our assessments have proven statistical validity for many years and we continue to study and research our assessments. Combined, our assessment tool measures up to 48 different psychological dimensions (five to ten times more than most other tests) to produce more detailed information and accurate results.
QIs the PeopleAnswers assessment tool available in other languages?

ANot at this time, but a Spanish-language version should be released shortly.
QHow long does it take to complete the surveys?

AOn average, the assessment survey battery takes about 50 minutes to complete, depending on the individual and the speed at which they read and respond to the items.
QCan I use my own assessment tools with the PeopleAnswers profiles and assessment system?

ANo, our system is designed to capture and report specific information that can be gained only from the combination of the assessments included in our battery. This system was developed with leading practitioners from Texas A&M and Rice Universities.
QHow does a candidate who needs to complete the survey access the PeopleAnswers system?

AThe candidate will be provided with a web link that allows them to take the battery of assessment surveys via the Internet from any location.
